This Trademarks and Copyrights policy explains how CelinieJourney protects its brand, website content, product content, and related intellectual property. It also explains how rights holders may contact us if they believe content on our Services infringes their rights.

Our Brand
CelinieJourney, the CelinieJourney name, our logos, stylized marks, product names, page names, slogans, graphics, design elements, and other brand identifiers may be trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, or other proprietary identifiers of CelinieJourney.
Use of the CelinieJourney name or brand elements does not grant any license, permission, ownership interest, endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, agency relationship, or resale authorization unless we expressly provide written permission.
Trademark Use
You may not use CelinieJourney trademarks, logos, names, slogans, product names, domain names, social media names, icons, photographs, design elements, or confusingly similar marks in a way that may mislead customers or suggest that you are affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or acting on behalf of CelinieJourney.
Prohibited uses may include, without limitation:
- Using CelinieJourney branding to sell unauthorized, counterfeit, imitation, or misleading products.
- Registering or using domain names, social media handles, ads, marketplace listings, or business names that imitate CelinieJourney.
- Using our product images, logos, packaging, screenshots, product descriptions, or brand materials to create false affiliation or customer confusion.
- Using CelinieJourney marks in paid search, advertising, product feeds, listings, or promotional materials without permission.
- Altering, distorting, recoloring, combining, or modifying our logos or brand materials in a way that may harm our brand or mislead customers.
Copyrighted Content
The Services and their content may be protected by copyright and other laws. Protected content may include website text, product descriptions, photographs, videos, graphics, icons, page layouts, banners, lookbooks, user interface elements, blog content, policy text, guides, promotional materials, code, and other original content appearing on or through our website.
Except as allowed by law or expressly permitted by CelinieJourney in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, publish, download, scrape, crawl, store, sell, license, modify, translate, distribute, display, repost, frame, mirror, imitate, or create derivative works from our website content.
Personal Shopping Use
You may use the Services for ordinary personal shopping, order management, customer support, product research, and account-related purposes. You may print or save limited website information for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as an order confirmation, product page, policy page, or customer service communication.
This limited permission does not allow commercial copying, resale, marketplace listing creation, catalog building, training datasets, automated scraping, counterfeit listings, unauthorized advertising, or use that may compete with, mislead customers about, or harm CelinieJourney.
Product Images and Descriptions
Product images, product descriptions, styling photos, videos, size guidance, jewelry care content, and related creative materials are provided to help customers understand CelinieJourney products. They may not be used to sell, promote, describe, or display products that are not sold or authorized by CelinieJourney.
Using CelinieJourney product images or descriptions on third-party marketplaces, social media shops, resale pages, paid advertisements, dropshipping listings, comparison pages, or other commercial channels without permission is prohibited.
Third-Party Trademarks and Content
The Services may refer to third-party names, marks, payment providers, logistics providers, apps, platforms, tools, or services. Third-party trademarks and content belong to their respective owners. References to third parties do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Shopify names, logos, services, and related marks belong to Shopify or its affiliates. Payment method names, wallet names, carrier names, and third-party app names belong to their respective owners.
Counterfeit and Misleading Use
CelinieJourney does not authorize counterfeit, imitation, misleading, or unauthorized products that use our name, images, product descriptions, packaging, logos, or other brand identifiers. If you see a suspicious listing, social media page, website, ad, or marketplace seller using CelinieJourney materials, please contact us at legal@celiniejourney.com.

Copyright or Trademark Complaints
If you believe that content on the Services infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@celiniejourney.com.
To help us review your request, please include:

- A description of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other right you believe is being infringed.
- The specific URL or location of the material you believe is infringing.
- An explanation of why you believe the material infringes your rights.
- Information showing that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.

Submitting incomplete information may delay our review. We may request additional information where needed to evaluate a complaint.
DMCA Notices
If your complaint relates to copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), your notice should include the information required by applicable law. Copyright owners should understand that knowingly submitting false or materially misleading claims may create legal responsibility for damages, costs, or attorneys' fees.
CelinieJourney may review and respond to copyright notices, counter-notices, repeat infringement concerns, and related issues according to applicable law, platform requirements, Shopify tools, and our internal review process.
No Transfer of Rights
No right, title, or interest in any CelinieJourney intellectual property is transferred to you by accessing the Services, purchasing products, downloading materials, linking to our website, using customer account features, or communicating with us.
Enforcement
CelinieJourney reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may request removal of infringing content, report counterfeit or unauthorized listings, suspend access to the Services, cancel orders, refuse business relationships, notify platforms, contact payment processors, or pursue other remedies where appropriate.
