This Counterfeit Warning Policy explains how CelinieJourney addresses counterfeit, imitation, misleading, unauthorized, and suspicious products or listings that may misuse the CelinieJourney name, images, product descriptions, logos, website content, or other brand materials.

Buy from Official CelinieJourney Channels
To help protect yourself, we recommend purchasing CelinieJourney products only through our official website at www.celiniejourney.com, our official customer service channels, or any sales channel that CelinieJourney expressly identifies as authorized.
CelinieJourney cannot verify the authenticity, condition, safety, quality, materials, descriptions, pricing, images, warranties, returns, or service eligibility of products purchased from unauthorized sellers, imitation websites, suspicious social media accounts, unauthorized marketplace listings, or private resale sources.
Unauthorized Sellers and Misleading Listings
An unauthorized seller may use CelinieJourney product images, descriptions, names, screenshots, logos, packaging photos, or design language without permission. A listing may be misleading even if the product image looks familiar or the seller uses language that sounds similar to CelinieJourney.
Examples of suspicious or unauthorized activity may include:

Risks of Counterfeit or Unauthorized Products
Counterfeit, imitation, or unauthorized products may not meet CelinieJourney standards for materials, gemstone selection, plating, stone setting, polishing, product safety, packaging, durability, quality control, or customer support. They may also be falsely advertised, damaged, altered, used, missing parts, or made from materials that do not match the seller's claims.
Purchasing from unauthorized sources may create risks such as:
- Receiving a product that is not made, inspected, sold, or supported by CelinieJourney.
- Receiving jewelry with unknown materials, finishes, gemstones, plating, allergens, or safety characteristics.

Official CelinieJourney communications should direct customers to our official website or verified contact channels. Be cautious of links that use unusual domains, misspellings, extra words, unfamiliar payment pages, shortened URLs, or messages that pressure you to pay quickly outside our normal checkout process.

Reporting Suspicious Listings or Counterfeit Products

Our Review and Enforcement
CelinieJourney may review suspicious listings, copied content, counterfeit products, impersonation concerns, phishing activity, misleading ads, and unauthorized sales reports. Where appropriate, we may contact the seller, platform, marketplace, payment provider, host, registrar, search engine, advertising network, logistics provider, or other third party to request review or removal.
We may also take additional steps to protect customers and our rights, including reporting suspicious activity, preserving evidence, restricting access to our Services, refusing suspicious orders, cancelling orders, or pursuing other remedies available by law.
Resale and Secondhand Purchases
CelinieJourney does not currently operate a public resale authentication program. We may not be able to confirm the authenticity, condition, prior wear, repair history, material integrity, gemstone replacement, alteration, or warranty eligibility of secondhand products.
Customers who buy secondhand or from a private seller should understand that the product may not be eligible for CelinieJourney returns, exchanges, refunds, warranty review, store credit, or product service unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the seller, website, URL, payment method, return terms, product information, and authenticity of the purchasing channel before placing an order outside our official website. If a transaction is made with an unauthorized third party, disputes may need to be resolved directly with that seller, marketplace, payment provider, card issuer, or applicable authority.
