This Photography Policy explains how CelinieJourney uses product photography, lifestyle images, videos, renderings, customer-submitted content, and other visual materials on our website, online store, social media channels, emails, advertisements, product pages, appointment tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Product Images Are for Reference

We use photography, video, close-up images, model images, product renderings, and styling content to help customers understand the appearance, scale, finish, sparkle, and wearing style of CelinieJourney jewelry. These visuals are intended to support product discovery and comparison, but they may not show every detail exactly as it appears in person.

Actual product appearance may vary due to lighting, camera settings, image editing, screen brightness, display calibration, browser settings, device type, viewing angle, gemstone characteristics, plating, polishing, hand finishing, stone setting, sizing, and ordinary manufacturing tolerances.

Color, Finish, and Gemstone Appearance

Jewelry color, metal tone, plating tone, gemstone color, gemstone fire, sparkle, brilliance, clarity appearance, and surface texture may appear different across photos, videos, devices, or lighting conditions. White gold-plated, yellow gold-plated, rose gold-plated, sterling silver, and other finishes may also reflect surrounding light and skin tone differently when worn.

Laboratory-grown gemstones, moissanite, cubic zirconia, and other stones may show different flashes of color, brightness, or contrast depending on cut, size, setting, light source, angle, and surrounding materials. Product images should not be treated as a promise that every stone will appear identical in every lighting environment.

Scale and Size Representation

Close-up images may make jewelry appear larger than actual size so customers can review details such as settings, prongs, stone shapes, chain texture, clasps, engraving-style details, or surface finish. Model images, hand images, neck images, ear images, and lifestyle images are intended to provide general scale references only.

Actual scale may vary based on ring size, wrist size, neck size, ear shape, hand size, body proportions, chain length, styling choices, camera perspective, and cropping. Customers should review product descriptions, size guides, measurements, and variant options before purchasing.

Image Cropping and Display

Images may be cropped, resized, compressed, brightened, color corrected, sharpened, converted, or displayed differently depending on page layout, device size, browser, theme settings, product media order, zoom behavior, third-party apps, or social media platform requirements.

Some pages may show square product images, white-background product images, model-view images, detail images, carousel images, collection thumbnails, promotional banners, or cropped previews. These display differences do not change the product purchased.

Image Accuracy and Product Details

We work to use images that reasonably represent the product being offered. However, written product details, variant selections, order confirmation information, and posted policies should also be reviewed before purchase. If an image, title, description, option, price, or product detail appears inconsistent, please contact us before placing an order.

We may correct, replace, update, remove, or reorder images at any time to improve accuracy, quality, page performance, accessibility, or customer experience.

Use of Our Images

CelinieJourney images, videos, product photos, model photos, lifestyle photos, graphics, icons, banners, product renderings, and visual content may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, publicity, privacy, contract, and other laws.

You may not copy, download, scrape, repost, sell, license, alter, remove watermarks or metadata from, create derivative works from, use in advertisements, use in marketplace listings, use for counterfeit products, use for unauthorized resale, or otherwise exploit CelinieJourney visual content without our prior written permission.

Using our images to sell products that are not CelinieJourney products, to mislead customers, or to create the impression of affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or authenticity is prohibited.

Third-Party Images and Platforms

Some visual content may be hosted, processed, displayed, or distributed through Shopify, content delivery networks, social media platforms, advertising platforms, review tools, customer support tools, email tools, or other third-party services. Those services may apply their own image formats, compression, cropping, accessibility behavior, privacy practices, terms, and technical limitations.

Customer-Submitted Photos and Videos

If you submit photos, videos, reviews, messages, social media tags, comments, feedback, or other content to CelinieJourney, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that your submission does not violate the rights of another person or third party.

To the extent permitted by law, by submitting content to us or tagging CelinieJourney in content that you make publicly available, you grant CelinieJourney permission to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, crop, edit, and share that content in connection with our Services, customer support, marketing, product education, social media, advertising, website content, and business operations.

We may choose not to use customer-submitted content, may remove it at any time, and are not required to compensate you unless we have separately agreed in writing.

For returns, exchanges, delivery issues, damaged items, warranty review, product service, or quality concerns, we may ask customers to provide clear photos or videos. These materials help us review the condition of the item, packaging, shipping label, defect, damage, sizing concern, or other issue.

Submitting photos or videos does not guarantee approval of a return, exchange, refund, warranty claim, replacement, store credit, or other resolution. Final decisions are made according to the applicable policy and, where relevant, after inspection.

Reporting Unauthorized Image Use
